Successor: Monu Edward&lt;02&gt;
Theodorus Jozef, ° 27.3.1882; + 15.9.1963. Registered at this address in two separate periods: 1900-1902 and 1911-1914. In the interim, he appears to have operated exclusively in Boom.
&lt;b&gt;1903 ca - 1916 Boom, Blauwstraat 22&lt;/b&gt;
First permanent studio in Boom and Apers' only address in 1905. This studio continued after the closure of the Antwerp studio (Boom is again the sole address in 1916). Apers continued to operate in Boom in the interwar years until at least 1934. The second of his four sons Vic succeeded him. The Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA) in Brussels possesses a collection of 215 glass negatives by Apers, mainly depicting artefacts from Antwerp museums, taken between 1916 and 1918.</p></biogHist>
