<b>1913 - 1914 > Liège</b> Georges Henri Léopold Pierre Hubert, ° 22.3.1887; + 16.8.1952. Doctor of chemical sciences at the University of Liège in 1911. After World War I, director of the "Fonderie royale des canons de l'armée belge" and, from 1925, professor of industrial chemistry at the University of Liège. Member of the "Photo-Club liégeois" into the 1920s. Some documentary photographs by Batta are in the collections of the "Musée de la Vie Wallonne" in Liège.
