During his third term of service, from 11.4.1910 to 27.3.1912, Itten was appointed director of maritime and public works in Katanga. In charge of the photography section of the "Touring Club de Belgique - section du Katanga" on its creation in July 1911. After World War I, Itten became director-general of maritime and public works in Boma. Officer of the Order of the Crown.</p></biogHist>
