Baptised in Amsterdam on 25.11.1806; + 3.2.1888. Engraver. Patent of 15.7.1885 [V.-C. Labargé in Schaerbeek] as well as patents relating to improvements of 12.6.1885 and 30.6.1886 for "a dry plate photographic camera". Recorded as an engraver at this address on his death certificate. His son, also Charles Victor (° Brussels, 10.11.1841), was recorded as a clerk in Brussels - Schaerbeek in July 1888.</p></biogHist>
