Widow of Jean-Baptiste Lebrun (see that name) who had died on 9.11.1866. She was domiciled at this address on 3.1.1867. On the occasion of her wedding to André Neu (see that name) in Brussels on 15.2.1868, she was recorded as a photographer at this address. It is likely that Emile Burny (see that name) operated here for some time, since he arrived here on 28.3.1867. Note that before that, from 8.10.1866 Burny had lived at Rue des 12 Apôtres, the address where Jean-Baptiste Lebrun had died. Subsequently Neu also operated here under the name "Studio Lebrun". Lebrun with no first name at this address in the 1865 directory; "Veuve" in 1868. The trade name "Studio Lebrun" continued to be used until as late as 1875. Recorded as having no profession and living in Brussels - Ixelles, Chaussée d‘Ixelles, 139 on her death certificate.
