Richard-Jules Daveluy was still involved with the business at this point, but the majority shareholder was hotelier Théodore Alfred "Henri" Raick (° Brussels - Etterbeek, 21.9.1873; + 1945). The firm's picture postcards are credited on the back with "Sté Daveluy - Imp.-Litho de la Cour". On 15.6.1910 the entire enterprise passed into the hands of Raick and its name was changed to "Imprimerie et Lithographie de la Cour", a title that had been used for previous incarnations of the printing works.
