At his wedding in La Roche on 16.12.1908 to Louise Georgine Bellot (° La Roche, 25.7.1884), Paquier was recorded as a printer-retoucher domiciled in Flawinne. Published picture postcards of La Roche and its environs in 1911, signed "J. Paquier / Laroche" and "J.P.L.". Louise Bellot was the daughter of printer, publisher and photographer Joseph Bellot (see that name).
