<biogHist>
1864 - 1865 / Mons, Rue des Fripiers, 6
Predecessor: Carlier Alfred # Successor: Dupont (Studio) or Latouche A. #
Paul Eugène, ° 3.12.1831. Branch studio in Nancy [F], 140, Rue Saint-Dizier: Pierre Perin & Théodore Schahl (native of Strasbourg), active from 1862 until 1873. Voignier also records Paul Eugène Perin operating in Paris, Rue Marie Stuart, 3 in about 1860.
1865 * - 1870 / Mons, Rue Samson, 11
Opened between 21.9.1865 and 19.10.1865. Perin left for Tirlemont on 29.6.1870. At the end of March 1871, it was advertised that a "photographic establishment" with "good client base" was for offered up for sale. The ad was signed "Perin, photographer in Mons" (L'Etoile belge, 29.3.1871).
1870 * - 1873 / Tirlemont, Grande Place, 12<70ca>
Printed address on CV by Perin, so similar to the Jodoigne street address that we cannot exclude a mistranscription of the latter. An advertisement for the opening of the Jodoigne studio stated that it was a branch of the studio in Tirlemont. Recorded as a photographer domiciled in Tirlemont at the birth of a child in Mons in August 1872.
1871 * - 1872 Jodoigne, Grand'Place, 12 (on Auguste Noël's premises)
Branch studio, opened on 21.9.1871 and still operating in May 1872.
1875 ca - 1887 Mons, Rue d'Havré, 49<80; 87> or 15<85>
Successor: Mary (Miss) #
Returned to Mons from Tirlemont on 14.3.1873. "Perin, E." in the directories, 1880-1887. Stationery, office supplies, photography.
</biogHist>
