<b>1900 - 1904 Huy, Chaussée de Liège, 18<00></b> Georges Henri Paul, ° 6.9.1865. Sometimes transcribed "Flahaux". Member of the "Cercle Artistique 'L'Essor' de Huy". At its first annual exhibition, held on 25.2-11.3.1900, Pottelet exhibited two series of stereo views "produced by a single-lens camera" and a set of enlargements. Photographer-publisher of picture postcards postmarked as early as 1903. Won 27th prize in a dog themed photography competition organised in 1904 by the French magazine "Photo Pêle-Mêle".
