<b>1852 Den Bosch [NL]</b> ° 20.12.1803; + 1.2.1881. Daguerreotypist "from Antwerp". Registered as an artist-painter when he arrived in Antwerp on 2.7.1841. He had previously lived in Brussels for 14 years before leaving Belgium on 14.11.1839 for Eindhoven [NL], his wife's native town. In Antwerp Van den Wildenbergh was recorded ("Lambert Vanden Wildenberg") as an artist-painter in 1841, 1857, 1858 and in 1881 on his death certificate. Also recorded as a lithographer in 1857. Wachlin adds that he was an artist in Eindhoven [NL] until departing for Antwerp in 1858. No trace of photographic activity has as yet been uncovered in Belgium.
