Book binder, then photomechanical printer. "Photogravure, collotype, photozincography, copying of all kinds, reproductions of paintings, carbon drawings, pencil drawings, and objects copied from nature. Artistic chromolithography". Witness at a wedding on 29.11.1879, he was recorded as a lithographer.
