Florimond Emile Pierre Jacques, ° 13.12.1869; + 16.2.1941. Photographic supplies. This address had previously housed his father's leatherware and fancy goods shop. Bartier was also a committed amateur and joint founder of the "Société yproise de photographie" in 1896. After spending World War I in Great Britain, he moved to Brussels - Schaerbeek.
