Arrived at this address from Brussels - Schaerbeek on 24.3.1897, registering as an "artist painter". Cameras, equipment and supplies. Collotype. Postcards. Bayart applied his skills as a graphic artist and illustrator combined with his experience as a photographer and photomechanical printer to serve new and growing markets for industrial drawing, retouching for technical literature as well as the consumer craze for illustrated postcards. No. 19 is the only street number recorded in the ABPh membership lists.
