Jean Antoine Henri Hubert, ° 12.12.1872; + 13.1.1956. Son of Henri Blanckart. Already recorded as a photographer living in Hasselt, Percéestraat at the birth of a daughter in Hasselt in February 1904. He arrived here on 21.9.1904, coming from Hasselt, Maagdendries, 13 (see entry for Blanckart Frères). Registered as a draughtsman at this address until 1.7.1905, when he left for Saint-Trond, Rue de Liège, 46. Hubert's sisters Hubertina Maria Antoinetta "Henriette" (° Hasselt, 19.11.1870) and Hubertina Henrietta "Elisabeth" (° Hasselt, 5.4.1867) were living at this address from May 1901, where they ran a clothing business. The building was reportedly bombed twice during World War I and the sisters were no longer listed here in 1920.
