Jean-Baptiste known as Victor, ° 14.6.1822. Arrived at this address from Brussels on 20.8.1861. He was registered at that time as an artist and painter. Although listed as Jean-Baptiste in the directories and in the population registry, apparently he preferred to be called Victor, and "V. Blondel" appears on the CVs. He took over Victor Sallas’ studio. He is said to have been active in Rue de France, 26 at an unspecified date. There was a "Maison Blondel", Rue Impériale, 26 in Tourcoing [F], 1872 ca - 1878 ca, possibly founded by Victor.

Successor: Blondel Camille
At the wedding of his son Camille on 30.7.1879, Jean-Baptiste was recorded as a photographer resident in Charleroi, but no street address is given.
