° 13.5.1884; + 26.1.1966. Administrative director of a cereals company in the port of Antwerp. Pictorialist who moved towards modernism during the interwar era. Member of the "Photographische Kring / Cercle de Photographie" [Antwerp] in 1907-1912. Life-long member of "Fotografische Kring Iris" from 1909, secretary in 1910-1912, president from 3.10.1912. Fourth prize (50 francs) winner at the Gevaert competition organized during the Brussels International Exposition in 1910. Autochromist from at least August 1920. Still a member of the ABP in 1922.
