Portrait studio run by Auguste Breuls (see separate entry) in partnership with his sister and at least one of his two brothers. One brother was Jean Jacques "Emile" (° Liège, 23.7.1861), recorded as a clerk domiciled in Liège - Herstal, Place Coronmeuse, 7 at his wedding in Liège on 6.9.1907. Auguste Breuls was a witness. Ink-stamped CV with no address, c. 1882. The photography studio appears to have operated in parallel to Auguste's photomechanical printing establishment at the same address for at least some or if not most of this period. Picture postcards of Place Coronmeuse, bearing Auguste’s credit and dated 1903 and 1905, depict a rather nondescript building, distinguished by the words "Photographie / Tabacs & Cigares" painted across its façade.
