Edgard Augustus Julianus, ° 12.7.1872; + 17.3.1942. Photographic supplies and cameras "of all makes". Also see entry for "Photo Hall Gantois". Photographs recording events at the 1913 International Exhibition in Ghent bear an ink stamp "Photo Buysse Gand". Founder member of Ecole de Photographie in 1912 and committee member until 1915. No longer listed as a member of Lux Nova in the "Annuaire de la Photographie" of 1922. An announcement for a posthumous exhibition of his paintings refers to him as a painter, but primarily a professional photographer (De Gentenaar, 29.5.1942).
