Activity

1866 ca Anvers, Rue de la Station, 31
Predecessor / Successor: Calphas Athanase (Athanasios)
CV bearing this address indicate that the partnership briefly operated around the time of Alphonse Lints' death on 28.7.1866. The street was renamed Rue Leys in 1867 at which time photographs at this new address bear the name of Calphas alone. The building that housed the studio burnt down on 21-22.1.1869, but the 1870 Ratinckx directory still listed the partnership of Calphas & Lints here, while the Tarlier directory listed the partnership under the old address of Rue de la Station as well as a branch studio in Quai Godefroid (see below).
1866 ca Anvers, Quai Godefroid, 14
Branch studio. The Tarlier directory listed the partnership at this address in 1870 and again in 1873. This may possibly a mistranscription of Quai Sainte-Aldegonde, 14 where Lints is known to have operated alone in his last year of life.
