° 2.1.1865; + 29.9.1943. One of the first group of Scheutist Catholic missionaries to be sent to the Congo in 1888. An enthusiastic photographer, he documented life in the Luluabourg/Mikalai mission (buildings constructed, nuns working, groups of Congolese children, etc.). His photographs of Captain Bradfer's family were published in "L'Expansion Belge" in November 1909.
