Another unspecified and undated source gives his profession as official in the Belgian railways ("SNCB"). Committee member of the "Cercle Photographique d'Ixelles" and vice-president in 1903-1906. Iinitial "L." in one 1903 membership list. Still active in the early 1920s. Listed at this address as a member of the "Cercle d'Art Photographique" in 1922.
