Founding president: Louis Vrancken; vice-president: Ernest Schepens (1907-1908); secretary-treasurer: Frans Van den Broeck (1907-1908), Jozef Van Praet (1908-1909); Eugène Van Rossom (1910). In 1908, committee members: Jos. Aerts, Jos. Beerts and Julien Verberne. Subsequently, honorary president: Georges Leclef (1908-1911); president: Frans Van den Broeck (1909-1910). In 1911: President: Frans Van den Broeck (until 1914); vice-president: Ernest Schepens (until 1912); (secretary-)treasurer: Eugène Van Rossom (until at least 1922); deputy secretary: Aimé Lemmens (until 1912). In 1913: vice-president: Lucien De Graef (until 1925); deputy secretary: Jan Van Beeck (until at least 1914).
Organised an annual public exhibition from 1907 to 1911 held in August-September in the "Syndicat du Commerce et de l'Industrie", Courte Rue Neuve, 46. This was also the venue for the group’s weekly meetings, held on Mondays. Organised a Henri Conscience competition to mark the centenary of the poet's birth, run by Frans Van den Broeck and Eugène Van Rossom. Divided into two sections, views of Antwerp and views of the Conscience centenary celebrations; prints were displayed at the club's annual exhibition on 10-19.8.1912, held this time in the "Arti" Hall on the Meir.
