Inaugural meeting on 1.12.1902; second meeting in the "Trinck-Halle" on 10.12.1902. President: Léon Delange; secretary and treasurer: Marcel Dechamps; committee members: J. Anten, W. Frédéricq. Marcel Dechamps was president in 1905. Membership fee was fixed at 5 frs per annum. Organised a programme of talks and an annual magic lantern show, the proceeds from which were given to charity. The etcher Armand Rassenfosse (1862-1934) gave a talk on 28.11.1904 about "the applications of photography to the reproduction of art works".
