Constant Joseph Dieudonné, ° 7.2.1865. Son of Charles. At first a collotypist, then publisher. His younger brother Charles was in charge of the branch office in Paris. The company went bankrupt in 1898. A. Charlier succeeded him as a distributor of the company's stock while Edgard Lyon - Claesen had already taken over responsibility for collotype printing in Brussels and for the Paris branch.
