Engineer. Journeyed to Siberia and stayed in China during the Boxer rebellion. He brought back with him a large number of photographs which he then exhibited as a slide show for charity on a 100 square metre screen under the auspices of the "Photo-Club de Belgique" on 15.1.1901. He declared Brussels - Saint-Gilles to be his domicile when residing in Tientsin (Tianjin), China, in 1915.
