Charles Victor Joseph, ° 29.6.1876. Draughtsman. Joint vice-president of the "Cercle Photographique d’Ixelles" in 1906. Brother of Henri Colbrant (see that name). No longer a member in 1908. A certain Colbrant invented a "new box for packing sensitive plates and storing negatives" (Revue Belge de Photographie, vol. 9 no. 4, April 1905, pp. 78-79).
