Vice-president of the "Cercle Photographique d’Ixelles" in 1906. Most likely Charles Victor Joseph Colbrant (° Brussels - Ixelles, 29.6.1876), a draughtsman and brother of Henri Colbrant (see that name). A certain Colbrant invented a "new box for packing sensitive plates and storing negatives" (Revue Belge de Photographie, vol. 9 no. 4, April 1905, pp. 78-79).
