° 23.7.1878; + 2.11.1949. Announced in "De Denderbode" on 17.5.1900 that he had access to Alfred Palatzky's negatives and that people could obtain prints from him at this address. As a job-seeker living in Alost, Rue Saint-Vincent in 1901, Collin advertised his skills: "Young man, having spent one year in a shop, knowledge of bromide, enlarging and contact [printing], and of how to operate, seeks post" (Le Soir, 1.6.1901).

Recorded as a photographer resident in the Rue Longue de Sel at his wedding in Aalst / Alost in 1906. Blondiau succeeded him in October 1907.
