Marie Césarine, ° 11.6.1854; + 16.3.1913. Younger sister of Madame Gonthier-Cornand and Napoléon Cornand (see those names). She lived in Ghent around 1878 where she was a portrait painter, then in Liège. She arrived in Charleroi in 1882 and took photographs under her own name from 1882 until 1884. She married Eugène Deton in Charleroi on 11.6.1885 and they managed the studio jointly (see Deton - Cornand).
