Arthur Jean Baptsite, ° 31.5.1868; + 11.10.1927. Historian and archaeologist. Brother of Bertha Cosyn (see that name). Member of the "Touring Club de Belgique". Donated some views of Henripont and Genk to the "Musées Royaux des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels" in early 1903. His 1911 publication "Le Brabant Inconnu" was illustrated with his own photographs. Exhibited photographs of old farms in Brabant at the "Société (Royale) d'Archéologie de Bruxelles" in 1914.
