Jules Marie Léopold, ° 16.10.1879; + 13.6.1955. Recorded as a painter at his wedding in Brussels on 17.10.1903 and again when living in Brussels - Etterbeek in February 1905. Initial "E." in the directories, 1909-1910. This may just refer to his elder brother, Léon Eugène (° Courtisols [Marne, F], 13.4.1875; + Marseille [F], 13/14.2.1909), a colourist or tinter of postcards, who spent some time in Liège in 1908 and was murdered in an incident with homophobic overtones.
