"Mr Jules, artist and painter from Paris. Miniature and photographic portraits from 8 francs" (advertisements in the Gazette de Mons from December 1857 until April 1858).  Undoubtedly the miniature painter Jules Coulembier, who advertised from May until August 1858 and who offered a 5 franc discount on portraits costing 8 francs. Sold stereoscopes and stereoscopic views.
