"Photographer to the Dukes of Arenberg", he made a noteworthy series of views in the park of the Duke of Arenberg (half-plate format), 1860 ca. The original glass negatives have survived. He photographed the Duke’s properties and collections in Enghien, Brussels and Heverlee.
