Philippe François Barthélemi, ° 1.6.1831; + 24.10.1897. Dallemagne was an artist-painter, and previously had been a daguerreotypist in partnership with Bidoit (see relevant entry). He was recorded as a 14-year old apprentice draughtsman, at Faubourg Sainte Marguerite in Liège, in 1844.
