Bernardus Hendrikus Marinus, ° 18.3.1856; + 17.2.1916. Announced that he would be photographing at this location for a few days in March 1901 and signed his advertisement "B. De Jong, Photograaf, Breda". "Speciality of enlarging smaller portraits" (Het Kempenland - Herenthals, 17.3.1901). De Jong was active as a photographer in Breda [NL] from 1892 until his death in 1916. Also see entry for Jules De Jong, whose studio in Antwerp operated as a branch of the Breda enterprise for a while.
