Inital "H." in the directories up until 1905, which might have stood for his father Hippolyte. Georges was recorded as a photographer resident in this street at the occasion of his wedding to Joanna Carolina Bertha Vanderhaeghen (° Ghent, 23.10.1886; + Ghent - Sint-Amandsberg, 19.11.1975) in Ghent on 24.10.1906.

Postcard stamped "De Lathauwer - Vander Haeghen" at this address postmarked September 1908. Continued to operate at no. 174 then 176 throughout the 1920s and until he moved on 23.12.1935.
