"There is a central section in Brussels, a section in Ghent, and sections being formed in Antwerp and Mons. The club mainly recruits youngsters in universities and colleges..." (Revue des Amateurs Photographes, 26.5.1895). The club's premises moved from Hôtel du Renard (Grand'Place) to Café Teniers (Boulevard Anspach, 87) by 1.6.1897. The club’s lab and studio were accessible to amateurs and clubs from foreign countries.
