° 16.5.1864. Publisher-manufacturer of "H.M." postcards on bromide paper, notably views of Brussels and portraits of the royal family. Previously employed by Jean-Baptiste Moens (see that name), Mlle Dobrecourt set up in business on her own account in 1893, selling sheet music and stamps for philatelists. In 1910, she was listed as the owner-manager of a stationery shop in Brussels - Ixelles, Rue du Tabellion, 12. Moved to Place de la Couronne, 4 in 1920.
