Around 1858, Dubar was already trading in engravings, lithographs (especially views of Ostend) and musical scores at this address. Joseph Philippe Daniels was the husband of his daughter Adèle Thérèse Dubar (° 1.5.1826; + Ostend, 20.4.1917). He took over his retired father-in-law’s portrait studio. He was also a lithographer.
