Evrard advertised as a general agent for "La Postale" typewriter in Liège, Rue Saint-Jean, 11 (La Meuse, 20.2.1904). Still domiciled there in January 1906, he requested planning permission to transform a property in Rue de Fétinne (Impasse Verheggen), presumably to accommodate a photography studio (La Meuse, 25.1.1906). "Looking for good labouring painters; good salary" (La Meuse, 24.5.1907). Still listed as a photographer at this address in Leuchs' "Adressbuch aller Länder der Erde" in 1911. Recorded as a painter-decorator domiciled at no. 116E at the birth of a daughter on 19.5.1909 and as a painter domiciled at no. 78 at another daughter's birth on 13.1.1912.
