Retired army captain. Invented a pocket camera in 1874. Founder member of the ABP ("Falise"). Most likely Jean Joseph Adolphe Mignon Falize (° Maaseik, 8.5.1805; + Brussels - Schaerbeek, 22.8.1890), who was effectively a retired army captain. We have not yet been able to find a link between Falize and the address given in the ABP membership list, Rue Joseph Claes, 62.
