Léon Victor, ° 9.9.1888; + 5.10.1959. Son of Armand Flamache (see that name). Member of the delegation of the "Société Belge d'Astronomie" that observed a full solar eclipse in Burgos [ES] on 30.8.1905. One of the photographs he took during that mission was published in the "Bulletin de la Société Belge d'Astronomie". During a session of the "Société Belge d'Astronomie" on 25.2.1907, he explained a method of photographing the meridian passage of stars with low brightness.
