Left Brussels for Halle with the then itinerant ambrotypist Philippe Klein (see that name). Described as an artist photographer ("Gassmann") when she arrived from Colmar [F] in 1864 and appears to have co-habited with Klein until leaving for Liège on 19.5.1866.
