Managed and (co-) owned by Jules Reynkens (see that name), who founded the firm on 21.2.1908 in partnership with Henri Mullenders (° Liège, 24.6.1884; + Antwerp, 27.5.1939), a tradesman living in Antwerp. The store opened in June 1908 here on premises previously occupied by Louis Van Neck. "Special installation for the sale of cameras and photographic supplies" (Het Handelsblad, 20.6.1908). The partnership with Mullenders was dissolved on 28.11.1908. By 1909, the photographic department was being "managed by Mr Heinze, photographer"; see separate entry for Robert Heinze.
