Louis Eugène, ° 30.11.1845. "Former senior operator at the Paris exhibition, 1867 and for photographer Pierre Petit in Paris and Dupont in Brussels". Arriving from Paris on 11.2.1868, he lived in Saint-Josse, Rue des Plantes, 4 until 25.3.1873. He moved to Brussels, Rue des Paroissiens, 22 on 2.4.1873, then Rue Royale, 142 on 18.10.1876. Apparently rue de Louvain was exclusively a studio address and Guerin lived elsewhere. Member of the ABP from 8.12.1874 ("Rue de Louvain, 32").

Guerin (1846-1903) who ran a studio in Saint Louis [Missouri, USA] from 1876 to 1903, advertising under the trade name "College Photography", particularly in the light of medals listed on a promotional postcard.
