1890 - 1893 Tirlemont
Armand Gustave Heuninckx (° Tienen, 7.1.1865), a clerk in the state railways resident in Tirlemont, Rue de la Station, married Marie Elisabeth Déré (° Tongeren, 12.4.1868; + Tienen, 19.10.1890) in Tongres on 21.12.1887. She was the daughter of Remi Déré, photographer resident in Tongres, and was described on her death certificate as a shopkeeper. Heuninckx's family house was at Rue des Bouchers, 1, so it is likely that the studio was situated here too. After his first wife's death, Heuninckx married her younger sister Marie Léopoldine Déré (° Tongeren, 13.9.1871), recorded as of no profession, in Tongres on 29.7.1891. The bridegroom signed "G" for Gustave, and left Tienen for Brussels - Anderlecht on 4.7.1892. Heuninckx was recorded as a station master in Herent in 1895. Entries in the trade directories are collectively too ambiguous to work out who exactly was the photographer pending examination of original signed photographs.
