Brief partnership of Jean Ketels and François / Francisco Valvo (° Noto [Sicily, I], 25.12.1850), younger brother of Corrado Valvo [q.v.]. François had worked worked for his brother as an operator in Bruges, Place Malleberg, 5 and married in Bruges on 10.11.1873. He left for Liège on 6.9.1874 and then spent time in Catania [I], Borgerhout and Antwerp, judging from his children's places of birth, before returning for a second time to Bruges. "Portraits in all sizes. Collection of views. Speciality for groups. Portraits retaken in the event of failure". The partnership advertised from May until July 1877. François Valvo left Bruges for Liège on 6.9.1877.
