Scientific photography, including photomicrographs, notably for the professor of zoology Edouard Van Beneden. Member of the ABP from 16.11.1883. President of the Liège section from 11.1.1888 until 1889, and in 1894. Vice-president in 1887-1888 and 1893-1894.

He became director of the G. Dumont zinc mine and works in Sclaigneaux in 1908.
