Wilhelm Walter, ° 3.2.1881. Also spelled Luckefett. At his wedding in Ostend on 12.10.1910, declared as a photographer coming from Tegel [Brandenburg, D]. A sort of seaside itinerant, prints taken on the promenade bear the credit "Photography Luckefett Ostende - Biarritz - Cannes". He received a permit to photograph on the beach. Had previously operated as a traditional studio photographer: "Berlin - Tegel. Herr W. Lückefett from Marlow is opening on 1st October a studio for modern photography and photographic supplies in Schöneberger Strasse 71" (Photographische Chronik, vol. 13, 1906, p. 496).
