Marcellus Hypoliet Hendrik Cornelis, ° 7.10.1875; + 16.11.1958. Photographs for postcards. His younger brother "Firmin" Joseph (° Furnes, 7.5.1887; + 1954) was also recorded as a photographer at this address when he returned from Brussels - Saint-Josse on 28.1.1908. Later photographs read "Photo Maelstaf" or even "Maelstaf Frères", so there is little doubt that Firmin was operating with his brother. Both Marcel and Firmin were still active as photographers in the interwar period.
