Pierre Alfred, ° 17.12.1863; + 18.10.1936. Son of Jean Malvaux and the technical manager of the "Établissements Jean Malvaux". In this capacity, he played a key role in the firm’s success in the area of photomechanical printing processes. At his wedding in Brussels - Schaerbeek on 23.11.1895, Malvaux was described as a clerk domiciled in Brussels - Molenbeek, Rue de la Savonnerie, 21 which was the family's domestic premises adjoining the printworks. Subsequently described as an industrialist aged 31 living in Brussels - Molenbeek in August 1898. Still a member of the ABP in 1922. At the time of his death, Alfred Malvaux was described as founder and chairman of the board of "Etablissements Jean Malvaux" and honorary president of the "Chambre Syndicale des Maîtres Photograveurs".
